The stalls around you are the distribution
One good-looking card at your stall advertises to the twelve stalls in view. A pavilion distributes a physical object better than any advert you could buy.

You finally know who the regulars are
Today you know them by face and nothing else. With the card you know how many there are, how often they come, and who stopped.
Straight answer: today the left plate and the QR code are the product. The wallet pass and the notifications are phase 2 and are not built. The dated list further down says exactly where each piece stands.
